.SYNOPSIS FOR THE WESTERN GULF OF ALASKA...
A front over the Gulf and west Gulf coast begins to weaken by Fri
morning. A 1000 mb low at 56N 155W merges with another low at 55N
146W at 998 mb this afternoon. This low dissipates Fri morning.
Another front enters the western Gulf Fri night and spreads to the
Southcentral coast through Sat morning.
