the following lakeshore observations were taken at 3 am.
winds in toledo were from the southeast at 2 knots.
winds at marblehead were from the south southeast at 1 knot.
winds at the buoy, located 17 miles north of vermilion, were from
the east at 6 knots. the lake was calm and the water temperature
was 49 degrees.
winds at huron light were from the southwest at 2 knots
winds at cleveland`s lakefront were calm.
at 03 am est nov 22, the water level at toledo was 26 inches above chart datum.
