the following lakeshore observations were taken at 7 pm.
winds in toledo were from the east at 14 knots.
winds at marblehead were from the east northeast at 12 knots.
winds at south bass island were from the east northeast at 15 knots
with an air temperature of 27 degrees.
winds at huron light were from the east at 9 knots
winds at cleveland`s lakefront were from the east at 4 knots.
at 7 pm est feb 9, the water level at toledo was 29 inches above chart datum.
