A WEAK TROUGH WILL DISSIPATE IN THE SOUTHWESTERN GULF BY MON
AFTERNOON. HIGH PRESSURE WILL PERSIST OVER THE REMAINDER OF THE
GULF THROUGH MON AFTERNOON. BY TUESDAY ANOTHER HIGH PRESSURE
RIDGE BUILDS INTO THE WESTERN GULF AND STRENGTHENS AS IT BUILDS
INTO THE EASTERN GULF BY WEDNESDAY.
