nautical miles including the portion of the Papahanaumokuakea
Marine National Monument east of French Frigate Shoals

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average height
of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be more than
twice the significant wave height.

.Synopsis for the Hawaiian offshore waters...
A ridge of high pressure N of the area will be strengthened by a
fast-moving high through midweek. The ridge will weaken on Thursday
and Friday as a front passes N of the area. A new high will build
northwest of the islands on Saturday.
