nautical miles including the portion of the Papahanaumokuakea
Marine National Monument east of French Frigate Shoals

of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be more than
twice the significant wave height.

Strong high pressure far NE of the area will gradually weaken
today through Thursday. A low will develop N of the area on
Friday, and linger through the weekend. A front associated with
the low will move down the island chain between Friday night and
Saturday.
