Hawaiian offshore waters beyond 40 nautical miles out to 240
nautical miles including the portion of the Papahanaumokuakea
Marine National Monument east of French Frigate Shoals

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average height
of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be more than
twice the significant wave height.

.Synopsis for the Hawaiian offshore waters...
A slow moving surface low is located N of the northern offshore
waters near 29N161W, with a trough extending S to near Kauai.
They will move W and weaken through tonight. As one upper level
disturbance leaves, another one is settling in over the western
waters. The disturbance will bring a threat of thunderstorms to
the area again between tonight and Friday night.
