nautical miles including the portion of the Papahanaumokuakea
Marine National Monument east of French Frigate Shoals

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average height
of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be more than
twice the significant wave height.

.Synopsis for the Hawaiian offshore waters...
A ridge through the northern offshore waters will remain nearly
stationary into tomorrow. A dissipating front will push south and
stall in the northern offshore waters Monday afternoon, and
weaken the ridge through midweek. Stronger high pressure will
build northeast of the area Thursday.
