.SYNOPSIS...A high pres ridge will weaken just SE of the waters
early today. A stationary front across the central and S waters
will start drifting E today while a weak low pres center moves NE
along the front. The low will then pull the front E of the waters
tonight. High pres will build to the coast Wed, move offshore
late Wed and Wed night, and pass E of the region Thu and Thu
night while establishing a ridge across the central and S waters.
The ridge will persist across the S portion Fri through Sat
night.
