.SYNOPSIS...Strong high pressure will persist just E of the area
today through Sat while gradually becoming weaker and drifting W,
then will shift SE of the waters late Sat through Sun night. A
cold front will move into the northern waters late tonight into
Thu, stall Thu and Thu night, then lift back N of the area Fri.
Another cold front will move into the far northern portions Sat,
stall Sat night, and then lift NE across the northern waters as a
warm front Sun into Sun night. Developing low pressure will move
NE along the northern Mid Atlantic and New England coasts Sun
night while pulling a cold front E across the waters.
