.SYNOPSIS...A low pressure trough will remain along the
Washington and Oregon coasts today and tonight. A high pressure
ridge will build across the area from the W Thu. A trough will
expand S into the waters Thu night through Sat night. A weak cold
front will move across the area Sat night and Sun. An associated
low pressure will move into the northern waters late Sun night.
