.SYNOPSIS...An area of high pressure to the W of the waters will
move SW as it weakens today. A low pressure trough over Vancouver
Island will redevelop later today and Wed then persist through
early Fri before dissipating. A weakening cold front will move E
over the waters Wed and Wed night. Another cold front will move E
into the waters Sat and Sat night. A strengthening high pressure
ridge will build E into the area late Wed through Sat night.
