.SYNOPSIS...A high pressure ridge W of the area will continue to
slowly weaken tonight through Wed night. A low pressure trough
along Vancouver Island will persist tonight, weaken Mon and Mon
night. Another low pressure trough along the Oregon coast will
weaken tonight into Mon, then slowly strengthen again Wed night
through Fri night.
