.SYNOPSIS...A high pressure ridge will persist across the waters
today and tonight, then slowly weaken and dissipate Sat into Sat
night. A low pressure trough will persist along the Oregon and
Washington coasts through Sun night, then shift inland and
dissipate Mon. Another high pressure ridge will build east
towards the waters later Mon through Tue night.
