Marine National Monument east of French Frigate Shoals

.Synopsis for the Hawaiian offshore waters...
A complex area of low pressure will linger just NW of the area
through Friday, while surface high pressure remains nearly
stationary far to the NE. Convergence bands associated with the
area of low pressure will continue to develop over the area, and
the potential for locally heavy downpours and thunderstorms will
likely persist through Thursday night.
