Marine National Monument east of French Frigate Shoals

twice the significant wave height.

.Synopsis for the Hawaiian offshore waters...
Moderate trades will be strengthening Monday through Tuesday as a
surface high passes north of the islands. Trades will ease up
slightly on Wednesday, then turn blustery area-wide Thursday as a
stronger surface high passes north of the islands.
