nautical miles including the portion of the Papahanaumokuakea
Marine National Monument east of French Frigate Shoals

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average height
of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be more than
twice the significant wave height.

.Synopsis for the Hawaiian offshore waters...
A ridge 300 nm NW of Kauai will move SE and weaken. A front will
enter the N waters Thursday, then dissipate. A new high will build
N of the area Friday and Saturday and will bring an increase of
trade winds over the weekend.
