Hawaiian offshore waters beyond 40 nautical miles out to 240
nautical miles including the portion of the Papahanaumokuakea
Marine National Monument east of French Frigate Shoals

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average height
of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be more than
twice the significant wave height.

.Synopsis for the Hawaiian offshore waters...
An area of low pressure NW of the area will gradually move NE through
midweek. A weak front will enter the NW waters Wednesday and move
E across the central waters Thursday, then dissipate. An area of
low pressure is forecast to develop and approach the SE waters
later in the week, then potentially pass near the southern waters
as a tropical cyclone Friday through the weekend.
