nautical miles including the portion of the Papahanaumokuakea
Marine National Monument east of French Frigate Shoals

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average height
of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be more than
twice the significant wave height.

.Synopsis for the Hawaiian offshore waters...
A ridge of high pressure will persist over the far N waters over
the next few days and shift over to the central waters around the
middle of the week. A front will enter NW waters Thursday and move
steadily SE through Friday.
