.SYNOPSIS...High pressure centered to the SW of the waters with a
ridge extending N to the W of the waters will shift slowly N
tonight and Thu then remain in place W of the region Thu night
through Sun night and weaken from Sat into Sun night. A low
pressure trough will develop near the Washington and Oregon
coasts Thu night, then persist Fri through Sun night. Low
pressure will form along the trough near the Oregon coast Sun
night, then move further W and offshore Mon and Mon night.
