.SYNOPSIS...High pressure will build in from the W tonight then
lift slowly to the N and NE Sun into Sun night. A low pressure
trough will expand northward along the southern Oregon coast as
high pressure persists across the waters Mon into Mon night. The
low pressure trough will extend N along the coast Tue and then
will shift offshore Tue night. A weak low will then move
northward across the waters through Thu night. Note...NAVTEX
