.SYNOPSIS...Strengthening high pressure will build NE towards the
waters today through tonight, and then remain W of the waters Tue
and Tue night. The area of high pressure will weaken slightly Wed
into Thu while remaining W and NW of the region, with the high
strengthening again Thu night through Fri night. A coastal trough
will develop along the Oregon coast this morning, and then
persist tonight through Fri night. A low pressure trough will
strengthen over Vancouver Island Thu night into Fri night.
