.SYNOPSIS...An area of high pressure W of the waters will
strengthen and build NE into the waters today, persist through
Tue night, then begin weakening Wed and Wed night. Meanwhile, a
coastal trough will develop and strengthen as it extends N across
western Oregon today through Mon night. The trough will gradually
weaken Tue and Tue night. By late Wed a cold front will approach
the Washington waters and stall across the NW waters Wed night.
Low pressure will develop and move NE early Thu, approaching the
waters late Thu and Thu night.
