.SYNOPSIS...Strong high pressure will remain W of the region
today and tonight, then drift NW and weaken Wed through Fri
night. A low pressure trough will persist along the coast today
through Thu night. Another low pressure trough will develop near
Vancouver Island on Wed, strengthen Wed night through Thu night,
then weaken on Fri. Low pressure will move off the coast on Fri
and continue drifting W across the waters Fri night through Sat
night.
