.Synopsis... A surface high NE of the area will move slowly E over
the next couple days as a cold front approaches from the NW. The
front is expected to stall and dissipate NW of the area Tuesday and
Tuesday night, while the high NE of the area strengthens and persists
through the rest of the week.
