New England continental shelf and slope waters from 25 nm
offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...Low pressure over the waters will
move slowly east tonight and Mon, then stall east of Georges
Bank Mon night and Tue. High pressure will briefly build south
over the waters Tue. Another low will move off of the Carolina
coast Tue night, and will move slowly NE Wed and Wed night while
gradually intensifying. The low will be centered southeast of the
waters Thu, and SE of Nova Scotia Thu night. Mariners should
keep abreast of the latest forecasts with this system in
consideration of avoidance plans. A high pressure ridge will
weaken as it approaches from the W Fri and Fri night.
