offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...Strong low pressure will move
NE across coastal New England and reach the Gulf of Maine late
this evening while pulling an Arctic cold front E through the
waters. The low will continue to track NE across the Gulf of
Saint Lawrence Mon. A series of secondary cold fronts will move
SE across the waters Mon and Mon night. A strong high pressure
ridge will move E over the area Tue into early Wed. Another cold
front will slowly approach the coast late Wed and Wed night, then
stall near the coast Thu. Developing low pressure will move NE
across the area late Thu into Thu night while pulling a cold
front E through the waters. Another cold front will move E over
the area Fri followed by a high pressure ridge building to the
coast Fri night.
